The built-in integral thickened reinforced support cage provides excellent structural stability, effectively resisting deformation and layer separation caused by long-term high-speed gas impact. The high-grade hydrophobic composite fiber material has ultra-low liquid adhesion, which accelerates droplet aggregation and realizes rapid gravity sliding separation without secondary liquid entrainment. JFS-536 tapered separation filter adopts external-internal radial filtration and gravity coalescence separation technology:

1. Natural gas containing micro liquid droplets and fine solid impurities flows uniformly from outside to inside through gradient filter media.

2. The multi-density hydrophobic fiber layer intercepts solid particles and captures scattered liquid aerosols.

3. Tiny liquid droplets continuously collide, aggregate and grow into large liquid masses, sliding down along the tapered surface by gravity.

4. Separated liquid settles in the bottom liquid storage area of the filter vessel and is discharged regularly, while dry and qualified purified natural gas is delivered to downstream pipelines.
