Product Introduction

Working principle: Pure physical deep interception, efficient solid-phase filtration

The FO particle filter adopts a standard flow direction of external inlet and internal outlet, which is suitable for the general working conditions of natural gas filtration separators. The entire process is pure physical filtration, without chemical reactions, and is suitable for flammable and explosive gas environments, ensuring safety and stability

1. The airflow enters uniformly from the outside of the filter element, and the multi-layer gradient fiberglass filter material forms a step-by-step interception structure, first blocking large particle impurities and then intercepting fine dust;

2. Impurities are firmly adsorbed and locked in the outer layer of the filter material, and clean gas permeates the filter material and flows out from the central inner hole, completing solid-phase purification;

3. By intercepting the vast majority of solid impurities in advance, the erosion and blockage of hard particles on the back-end aggregation filter material are significantly reduced, stabilizing the operating pressure difference of the entire equipment from the source.

Core filter material: High purity borosilicate glass fiber deep filter material is used, with gradient density design, sparse on the outside and dense on the inside, balancing large pollutant holding capacity and high-precision filtration. It is not easy to block holes, fiber shedding, and will not cause secondary pollution.

2. Support structure: Built in thickened punched metal inner skeleton, resistant to negative pressure and airflow impact, will not shrink or deform under high-pressure transportation conditions, suitable for long-term continuous operation.

3. Sealing process: Both ends are sealed with epoxy resin as a whole to prevent air flow short circuit and impurity bypass; Paired with high-quality rubber sealing rings, the seal is tight and suitable for high and low pressure pulsation conditions.

4. Installation structure: Two end open compression design, no complex thread structure, easy installation and disassembly, compatible with all Velcon standard filter separator housings, and can be replaced without damage.
