1 Product Overview
The FG-324 is a high-performance sintered stainless steel filter element designed for natural gas pipeline systems. It achieves 99.9% filtration efficiency for particulate matter ≥5μm while maintaining low pressure drop (≤0.02MPa). Certified to ISO 2941 and ASME B31.8 standards.

2 Working Principle

• Multi-stage filtration:
  • Primary layer traps large particles (≥50μm)
  • Middle sintered metal fibers capture 5-50μm contaminants
  • Final electrostatic layer adsorbs sub-micron oil mist

• Self-cleaning mechanism:
  Reverse flow design allows periodic backflush without disassembly
