The JMG-372 is a high-performance filter element designed for natural gas purification, engineered to remove solid particles, liquid aerosols, and pipeline debris with 99.98% efficiency at 3μm. Its multi-layer stainless steel mesh structure ensures reliable operation in pressure ranges up to 1500psi.

2 Working Principle

• Stage 1: Inlet deflector creates centrifugal force to separate large particulates (>50μm)

• Stage 2: Graded density glass fiber media captures 3-50μm contaminants

• Stage 3: Hydrophobic coating repels liquid hydrocarbons while allowing gas passage

• Stage 4: Final sintered metal mesh safeguards downstream equipment
