Product Introduction

Oil must be filtered and purified before being injected into the hydraulic system. The pollution degree of unpurified new oil often exceeds the requirements of actual hydraulic specifications, and even new oil extracted directly from the oil tank is not suitable for direct use. Various pollutant particles and moisture may be mixed into the new oil during processing, blending and storage. The LYC series high precision oil filter is an ideal equipment for pre-filtration, oil injection for system main oil tank, and purification of system oil in service.

Working Principle

The oil to be treated enters the oil filter through the oil suction port, and first passes through the coarse filter at the oil inlet, which intercepts large particle impurities to protect the oil pump and extend the service life of the main filter element. Then the oil is transported by the special gear pump driven by the motor, and enters the one-stage or multi-stage precision filter assembly after the pump. The primary precision filter removes larger particle impurities in the oil, and the secondary precision filter further removes fine particles and trace moisture in the oil.

During operation, the overflow protection device on the high-pressure pipeline can effectively protect the safety of the hydraulic system, and the thermal relay protection prevents the motor from being damaged due to overload. The purified oil with high cleanliness is finally output from the oil outlet, completing the whole filtration and purification process.
