Product Introduction

This filter unit removes solid impurities and water from contaminated oil through pressure filtration or vacuum evaporation-pressure filtration methods. It is mainly used to improve the insulation performance of electrical insulating oil and the cleanliness of lubricating oil, providing reliable protection for high-viscosity oil systems.



Working Principle

Contaminated high-viscosity oil is drawn into the system by a dedicated high-viscosity oil pump 

with stable, pulse-free delivery. It first passes through a suction coarse filter to protect the oil pump and extend the main filter's service life. If the oil viscosity is too high or the temperature is too low, an optional heater can be activated to heat the oil up to 120°C, reducing its viscosity for smoother filtration. The pre-treated oil then enters multi-stage high-precision filters, where solid particles, sludge and mechanical impurities are efficiently intercepted. For water removal, it can adopt vacuum evaporation-pressure filtration technology to evaporate and separate water from the oil, achieving deep dehydration and purification. The clean oil is then output for direct injection into the system.
