
Working Principle
Contaminated oil is drawn into the system by a dedicated gear pump. It first passes through a suction coarse filter to remove large particles and protect the oil pump. The pre-treated oil then enters a multi-stage filtration system:Primary Coarse Filtration: Removes large solid impurities (100μm) to protect subsequent components.
Secondary Fine Filtration: Adopts imported polymer composite materials to emulsify and remove fine metal impurities.
Deep Purification: Uses multi-dimensional three-dimensional phase change technology for dehydration and degassing, and a U-type far infrared heater for uniform heating.
The whole process adopts physical methods, avoiding damage to oil quality and additives, and outputs clean oil that can be directly injected into the system.
