The Bypass Vertical Intelligent Control Automatic Self-cleaning Filter is a professional water treatment equipment integrating filtration and automatic cleaning functions. It supports multiple filter material options (carbon steel Q235, stainless steel 304, 316L), with a working temperature of 80℃, nominal pressure of 0.18MPa, and filtration precision of 100UM. It is mainly used for raw water treatment, agricultural irrigation, and industrial wastewater filtration. The filter intercepts impurities such as suspended solids and particulate matter in raw water through the filter screen, reduces water turbidity, purifies water quality, and protects downstream precision equipment from scaling, bacteria, algae, and rust.


Working Principle

The automatic self-cleaning filter works by allowing raw water to enter the filter body through the water inlet. The built-in filter screen intercepts suspended solids, particulate matter, and other impurities in the water, achieving initial purification. As impurities accumulate on the filter screen, the equipment triggers an automatic flushing valve through an intelligent control program. During normal system operation, it can realize individual backwashing of multiple standard high-speed sand filter tanks, using a small amount of backwashing water to flush away accumulated impurities and discharge them through the sewage outlet. After cleaning, the filter automatically resumes normal filtration, ensuring continuous water supply without system shutdown, and the whole process is controlled by an automatic program without manual intervention.
