The compressed air precision filter is an auxiliary equipment for removing harmful contaminants (including dust, oil, rust, water, aerosols and vapor) from compressed air. It uses multi-stage filtration to eliminate solid particles, liquid droplets and gaseous impurities, ensuring the purity of compressed air for downstream equipment.

Filter element adopts special anti-leakage technology; the inner cavity of the filter housing is treated with anodic oxidation, and the outer shell is coated with epoxy resin powder.

In the separation chamber, the slowed air flow re-aggregates particles and condenses water mist, which is then discharged through automatic or electric drainage valves.
The second-stage fiber filter creates strong vortexes to gasify remaining water droplets, filtering out particles as small as 5μm completely.
After two-stage filtration, clean, dry compressed air free of dust, rust, oil and water droplets is delivered to protect pneumatic equipment and extend its service life.
