Product Introduction
The compressed air precision filter is a first-stage filtration device for compressed air containing harmful substances such as dust, oil, rust and water. It is an auxiliary compressed air equipment that helps remove unnecessary and potential pollutants including aerosols, particles and steam, providing clean and dry compressed air for downstream equipment.

Product Features
The filter element adopts special anti-leakage technology to ensure filtration effect. The inner cavity of the filter shell is treated with anodic oxidation, and the outer shell is coated with epoxy resin powder. The filter element uses imported borosilicate glass fiber with small diameter and smooth surface. It can effectively filter solid impurities and oil mist, and quickly remove oil mist.
Working PrincipleCompressed air enters the first-stage filter, where the mesh filter produces coalescence effect to capture large particles and condense water into droplets. The water and large particles are removed, and the air enters the second-stage filter made of special fiber cotton, which generates small vortices to gasify and remove remaining water droplets and fine particles down to 5 microns, finally producing clean, dry compressed air.

It has a reasonable structure with small volume, saving installation space. It can remove 99.9% of oil mist, locking the oil mist concentration below 0.01ppm.
