Introduction:

Standard natural gas filters are mainly used for purifying and filtering natural gas, coal gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and other non corrosive gas media. They are suitable for all occasions where natural gas needs to be filtered (gas regulation and metering stations, transmission stations), and play a role in removing solid particles in gas flow. The particles gathered at the bottom of the filter shell are periodically discharged. The standard gas filter is also installed before the metering and control lines, usually inside the filter, in order to replace the filter element without stopping the gas supply.

Working principle:

Gas enters through the inlet and reaches the filter element that reduces the flow rate. Large solid and liquid particles separate from the gas and gather at the bottom of the container. When gas flows from the outside to the inside, residual solid particles are retained (particle size depends on the level of the sea core filter), and clean gas flows towards the outlet.

Features:

Large filtration area, high flow rate, low pressure loss, long service life, high efficiency, easy to use, install and maintain. Its forms mainly include coaxial flange type and angular flange type.

This series of filters can be equipped with a differential pressure gauge as required to display the blockage of the filter element, making it easier for users to understand whether the filter element should be cleaned. The filter element is made of materials such as stainless steel metal mesh and chemical fibers, with a filtration accuracy of up to 1-5um.
